Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 19, 2026. BeachCall is a product of MehyarSoft (Mehyar Soft LLC). This policy covers beachcall.mehyar.us and the BeachCall emails.
What we collect
- Email address — only when you give it to us: to receive today's verdict, to confirm a Summer Pass purchase, or to receive morning go/no-go and Friday outlook emails. This is the funnel entry for the free tier and the delivery address for the paid tier.
- Beach choices — which beaches you asked about, so we can send relevant verdicts.
- Verdict views — a count per network address per day, used only to enforce the free tier's 10-views/day limit. We do not build profiles from it.
- Purchase records — email, product, amount, and access token, kept so we can honor your Summer Pass and your receipt.
- Suppression records — when you unsubscribe, we keep your email on a do-not-mail list so we never email you again. Keeping this list is how we honor your opt-out.
No accounts. No passwords. No tracking pixels in emails. We do not collect your location — you pick the beach yourself.
Double opt-in
Free-tier email capture uses double opt-in where the mail system supports it: after you enter your email you get a confirmation link, and we only send verdict emails once you click it. You can unsubscribe at any time with one click.
Unsubscribe
Every BeachCall email carries a one-click unsubscribe link. Clicking it immediately suppresses your address for BeachCall: you are added to our per-product do-not-mail list and flagged in our subscriber records, so no further BeachCall emails go to that address. Your Summer Pass verdicts on this site keep working — only the emails stop.
How we use your data
- Deliver the verdict emails and pass emails you asked for.
- Enforce free-tier limits and prevent abuse.
- Honor unsubscribes and deletion requests.
We do not sell your email or your data. We do not share it with advertisers. Beach verdict data (water, wind, waves) comes from public marine and weather sources.
Deletion
Email [email protected] with the subject "delete my BeachCall data" from the address you want removed. We delete your subscriber record, suppression record, and order record within 30 days and confirm by reply.
Data retention
Subscriber and order records are kept while your pass or subscription is active and for 24 months after, for receipts and support. Suppression (do-not-mail) records are kept indefinitely — deleting them would let us accidentally email you again.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we update the date above. Continued use of BeachCall after changes means you accept the updated policy.
